Welcome to Arrow Out (the "App"). The App is developed and operated by Yanling Technology ("we", "us"). We understand the importance of your personal information and treat the protection of your privacy as a top priority. Our core commitment: Arrow Out is a fully offline casual puzzle game. Your game progress, settings, and other data are stored only on your device and are never uploaded to any server. The App does not integrate any advertising, analytics, or third-party data-collection SDKs.

1. How We Collect and Use Your Information

Arrow Out is an offline puzzle game whose core features (level challenges, hints, progress tracking, sound and vibration feedback) run entirely on your device. We collect as little of your information as possible:

1. Game progress and settings

When you clear levels, unlock new levels, or adjust settings such as sound, vibration, and grid display, the relevant state is stored in your device's local storage (Android SharedPreferences). This data is stored only on your device and is never uploaded to any server; we cannot and do not intend to access it.

2. In-app assets

The character illustrations, level shapes, and other assets bundled with the App are distributed together with the installation package and read only from local app resources at runtime. No network requests or uploads of any kind are made.

2. How We Store and Protect Your Information

The App follows the principles of "data minimization" and "local first":

- Your game progress and preferences are stored in the app's private local storage on the device;

- The App provides no account system and collects no personally identifiable information;

- The App does not communicate with any server (no network permission) and your data never leaves your device;

- When you uninstall the App, all locally stored data is permanently deleted.

3. How We Share, Transfer, and Disclose Your Information

Because the App does not collect or upload your personal information, we do not sell, rent, or share your information with any third party. We may disclose relevant information as required by law in the following circumstances, but such disclosure does not involve any of your local data in the App:

1. Directly related to national security or defense security;

2. Directly related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial, and judgment enforcement;

3. Necessary to protect the vital lawful interests of you or other individuals where it is difficult to obtain consent;

4. Other circumstances stipulated by laws and regulations.

4. System Permissions

To provide core features, the App requests the following system permission. All permissions follow the "minimum necessary" principle and are invoked only when you actually use the corresponding feature:

Vibration permission (android.permission.VIBRATE)

- Purpose: provides haptic feedback on key actions such as tapping an arrow, clearing a level, or a wrong tap, to enhance the feel of the game;

- When used: only when you have not turned off the "Vibration" toggle in Settings and one of the above actions occurs;

- Data destination: vibration is performed by the system's local hardware; no data is read or uploaded;

- You may turn off the vibration toggle in Settings at any time; doing so does not affect gameplay, you simply lose the haptic feedback.

The App does not request any sensitive permissions such as network, microphone, camera, location, storage, or contacts.

5. Your Rights

Because your data is stored entirely locally, you have full control over it:

- Right of access: you may view your current progress and settings in the App at any time;

- Right to deletion: you may delete all local data at any time via the system's "Clear app data" or by uninstalling the App;

- Right to withdraw consent: you may manage app permissions in system settings at any time;

- Right to complete erasure: after uninstalling the App, all local data is permanently deleted.

6. Protection of Minors

We attach great importance to the protection of minors' personal information. The App does not actively collect minors' personal information, and the puzzle content provided is suitable for the general public. If you are the guardian of a minor and have any questions about the minor's use of the App, you may contact us via the contact information at the end of this Policy.

7. Updates to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. After an update, we will update the effective date on this page and may notify you via in-app prompts or other means. If the update involves a material change (for example, adding a permission or feature), we will obtain your consent again.
